Meet Our Staff
Caryn Antos, Founding Director
Caryn is a South Carolina Lowcountry native who holds a BA in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Graphic Communications from Clemson University. She is a certified yoga instructor and children’s yoga instructor who brings enthusiasm and creativity to yoga programs at studios and schools in throughout Charleston. After years of experience in corporate and non-profit environments in fields of graphics, printing, public relations and sales, she now shares her lifelong passion for wellness and compassion for others through her work with YBK and collaboration with like-minded organizations. Caryn is an active community member, proud aunt, and dog lover. When she isn't mentoring children, you can spot Caryn running, riding her bike around town, or at the beach improving her surfing skills.
Molly Coates, Research Coordinator
Molly was born and raised in Charleston, SC. She graduated from the College of Charleston in 2010 with a degree in Biology and a minor in Dance. She currently attends the Citadel Graduate College and is pursuing her Master’s Degree in Health and Exercise Science. Molly has twenty years of classical ballet training and enjoys sharing her passion for dance in teaching youth. She loves exploring various aspects of fitness training while training for half and full marathons and of course attending yoga classes. She is thrilled to be involved with Yoga Benefits Kids as an outlet to help the Charleston area youth learn how to be at their best both physically and mentally through practicing yoga!
